Meet Tegan Hunt
I know what it’s like to burn out inside a system. I spent 15 years in jails and government, leading projects in high-pressure, high-volume environments while raising a family and surviving breast cancer.
Now I work with organisations and workplaces to stop burnout before it takes over. Through breathwork and coaching, I help people and oragnisations regulate in real time, reduce stress, and get back to performing at their best.
